Plan Holder/Form:
ProGuard is a Service Agreement to the customer and is available in all states except Virginia. (A separate program is offered in Virginia State; call for details.)
Limits/Deductibles:
$100,000 Cleanup Limit for Onsite and Offsite Contamination
$1,500 Tank Replacement Limit
Covers Both Tank and Lines
$2,500 Deductible per Loss
$3,500 Voluntary Pull Deductible, If Option is Selected
$500 Service Fee applied towards deductible where applicable
Customer Sign-Up:
Application completed by customer and forwarded to ProGuard along with payment. Underground Oil Tank Protection Plans also require a tank tightness or soil boring test completed within the past 12 months. ProGuard Service Agreements are effective the first, fifteenth or last day of the month. Protection is never back-dated.
Customer Renewals:
Renewal notices are sent directly to the customer from the ProGuard office at least 60 days prior to the renewal date.
Program Provisions:
ProGuard is transferable to an eligible new homeowner by completing one easy form.
